Camera gone offline
My camera in Portugal has gone offline, how can i re connect it while I am in the UK

Hi,
Usually, if the camera is offline and you are not next to the camera, it's unable to reset or reboot the camera to make it work again.
If your family members or friends can help you operate the camera, you can try the following steps:
1) Make sure your router/home Wi-Fi is working fine.
2) Reboot the camera and check if it will reconnect to the home Wi-Fi and work again.
3) Reset the camera to factory default settings and reconfigure it for a try.

@Solla-topee Thanks for that, we have a freind going around this afternoon to see if we can sort it by rebooting the wifi and just unplugging and plugging the camera back in ..
