I have a plug at my training venue. It is attached to a (VERY expensive) electric radiator. I limit my use of it. I set it to come on when I know someone is going to be at the venue. 

Over the Christmas break I turned all my schedules off. 

I am absolutely dismayed to have gone onto the app today to discover: 

1) my radiator is ON
2) ITS BEEN ON FOR OVER 100 HOURS!!!!!

This is, an absolute DISASTER. My average usage is less than 30-40 hours a MONTH so for it to be on for over 100 hours across 7 days (and for absolutely no good reason or benefit to ANYONE) is a nightmare. Its going to cost me an arm and a leg in electricity which I cannot afford as a microbusiness. 

I cant find any rational explanation as to why this has happened. I havent been on the app or done anything since turning the schedule off in December. 

I fear no one will take accountability for this and now I am going to be lumbered with 100s of pounds of electricity that I cannot afford. 

Really worried right now and feel like ive been let down by dodgy technology. :(
