Model: Tapo C420S2
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.14

I have the TapoC420S2, but one camera doesn't connect anymore.

the camera connected has the firmware version: 1.2.15, and I can reconnect it successfully everytime.

the other camera's firmware is 1.2.14 and when trying to connect it always failed. then I bought a stand alone C420 camera, and it also does not connect to the HUB. Kindly advice.

btw Hardware version of the h200 hub is 1.6

  @ZeroCentury

Please clarify whether you are currently encountering a configuration problem, the C420 cannot successfully connect to the H200; or is it a stability problem? Do these two C420s often go offline?

Hi  @Wayne-TP , thanks for your response, and by the way only one of the C420 camera is not connecting to the H200 hub, the other one is connecting successfully each time I reconnect them. I can give you a dm for the screenshot of the h200 hub and a recording on trying to connect the c420 camera to the hub. Thanks.
