Automatic Snapshot Capture Every X Minutes (Like Ring cameras)
It would be nice if we could have an automatic snapshot feature like ring cameras. Where every X minutes it automatically takes a snapshot.
It is a very handy feature on Ring cameras.

Currently, we have some Tapo cameras that support the 24/7 Capture feature, which you can set the camera to continuously capture images at 1fps within a specific time interval for 24/7 hours. For detailed information about this feature, please refer to the instructions below.

For camera models that do not support this feature, it's recommended to pay attention to the firmware release notes on our official website to see if the new firmware update supports it.

That would be nice. I liked that feature on Ring. It gives a 24/7 kind feel without doing the full recording. It could be useful for battery powered cameras. It does drain more battery. But I would argue that Blink does it. My battery powered camera is on solar panel.

But let me try to convince you also:
I want to take a picture (you call it snapshot) every hour to document the progress of a construction site. In the end I will have a bunch of pictures I can run as time-lapsed movie.
My current solution is a calendar entry every 2,5h per day to take a manual snapshot with your C425. Can this be your solution?
To automate this we would only need the option to utilize the snapshot (available in the camera live view) in your camera automation / intelligent actions section
