When my camera picks up events and records events they record for a lot longer on the SD card than they do on the cloud. For example the same event on the cloud that records for 20 secs carries on on the card for over a minute.

Can you share the video clips stored on the SD card and cloud server for the same event with us to have a check? Please also send me the date, time, and time zone when the event occurs.
