Hi, I just bought the Tapo, and the alarm goes off at the custom start time that i scheduled. How do I resolve this?

1. Please go to the camera's Device Settings>Alarm page and send me a picture of this page. Then tap the Alarm Schedule and send me a picture of it.
2. Whether you have tapped the Home/Away mode on the Tapo app>Cameras tab? If the Home/Away mode includes your camera's preset configurations, tap the Home/Away mode to apply the preset settings may change your current configurations.
How to edit Home and Away Mode for Tapo&Kasa Cameras on the Tapo app?
