Tapo C520WS without network connection
Hi,
I would like to know if it is possible with Tapo 520WS recording continuously during a time slot (for example from 8am to 6pm), without the camera being connected to the network.
Obviously after having done an initial configuration via the app.
I would need to save these videos to SD card every day.

Hi,
Once the Tapo camera is configured successfully on the Tapo app, you can go to the camera's Device Settings>Detection page to configure the detection feature and go to the Storage & Recording page to set up the microSD card storage settings, such as the Recording Schedule, if a microSD card is inserted. These features will take effect after configuration even if the camera disconnects from the internet.

So is it possible save on SD a continuous recording in the time slot (for example 8am-6pm) and not just motion detection?

Hi,
Yes. You can go to the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording>Recording Schedule page to adjust the record time to record videos to the SD card. For example, you can set the camera to record from 8 AM -6 PM continuously, and only record events or not record video during other times.
