I can't access internet explorer anymore, Firefox, Chrome, Opera and Safari are not able to use the plugin and see the cam on the browser, so the motion detection feature is impossible to use. 

 

You should update the firmware in order to not use the NPAPI plugin anymore. Shall I throw my cam to the trash and buy a new one? is that what we supposed to do?

 

I'm about to purchase a new cam, and guess wich company I am avoiding...

 

Just a little adive, don't play with the Planned obsolescence because the customers get angry and move to another trademarks.

As you can find from your research, most browsers no longer support web plugins, which is why you can no longer use the web interface to manage the NC camera. From what I understand, this model is at least ten years old and has been discontinued for a long time with no further updates.

 

I would recommend considering purchasing a newer model, as they offer enhanced features and security measures.
