We have just had a voice come over the camera in my daughters bedroom. Is it possible to check account login history, to determine whether this is an account information breach, or a device issue. Or if it was the camera telling us something, and not a breach at all.

1. On the Tapo app> Me> View Account >Login Security> Login Activity page, you can check if there is a new device logged in to the Tapo app with your TP-Link account.
2. What's the usage scenario of the camera when you hear the voice from the camera? Have you reset or reconfigured the camera? Is there an SD card inserted into the camera? If so, whether the SD card is working when hearing the voice? Usually, the camera has inserted some English notify voices and can be triggered by some actions, such as when the SD card is formatted or recognized by the camera.
