My alarm on my H200 hub keeps ringing once the camera (C400) detects someone. I have gone into the camera setting and turned off "Trigger Hub Alarm". All I want is to get notifications to my phone only, no sounds from the hub.

Check if there is any automation rule that might trigger the hub alarm. Have you confirmed whether the alarm is originating from the hub rather than the camera?
What's the hardware and firmware version for both devices?
@Wayne-TP Hey Wayne. I fixed the issue over the weekend by removing the hub and the camera from app then connecting them again. Now I only get the notification via my phone and the hub dosent continue to ring. HUB Firmware : 1.3.0 Build 20240221 rel.53262. Camera Firmware : 1.2.17.
