Firmware Version: 1.2.6

Whats happening to model c520ws? The audio is not good, i can barely hear the car passing by. My c310 model is better than this item. Anyone who got fixed their issue with c520ws?

 

the person who is speaking is 1-2meters away and you cant even understand the words they're saying. My goodness!

We have a new firmware that you can try to install to check if the audio quality will be improved. Please send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the Tapo C520WS via a private message if you want to try the firmware.

Hi,
The new firmware is pushed to your camera, please try to update the firmware via the Tapo app and check if it helps.
