Firmware Version: 1.2.6

Whats happening to model c520ws? The audio is not good, i can barely hear the car passing by. My c310 model is better than this item. Anyone who got fixed their issue with c520ws?

the person who is speaking is 1-2meters away and you cant even understand the words they're saying. My goodness!
