Unable see the Smart device’s Wi-Fi on the phone
It was working fine until 2 days back it suddenly dropped connection , below are steps taken
1. Restarted router
2. Powered down the camera and repowered it back
3. Reset camera
4. Changed power location
But I am still not able to find the devices WiFi

Thanks for the reply, below is the test results
Step 1
Ensure Tapo Cam is powered on with the rated voltage. - able to start up
Step 2
Power off the device for few minutes, then power cycle and reset the Tapo Cam, ensure its LED blinking red and green. Otherwise, reset it by pressing and holding the RESET button for over 5s until the LED blinks red. - reset the device but no device WiFi detected on phone
Step 3
Android: Go to the Settings page to connect to the Tapo Cam’s Wi-Fi network. Once it’s connected, the phone will search the camera automatically. - device WiFi not detected
Step 4
Choose the right wireless network to connect, which SSID should be ‘Tapo_Cam_XXXX’. (XXXX is usually the last 4 bits of the device's MAC Address). - not detected
Step 5
Change the location for setting up the smart device to reduce the possible interference in the same frequency band at the original location (to avoid interference from devices such as Bluetooth, USB 3.0, microwave ovens, ZigBee devices, etc).- location changed but no device WiFi detected
Step 6
Reboot the phone to have a try, or try a different phone - the phone and tried using 2 different phones

Hi,
Please try to press and hold on the reset button for 10 seconds to reset the camera. If you still can't see the default SSID of the camera, it's suggested to contact your retailer or local support to check if your camera is under warranty.
