Unable to detect Tapo TC70 in VIGI NVR1008H-8MP
Hi,
A few weeks back, I purchased a bundle of VIGI NVR1008H-8MP, VIGI C430, VIGI C330, and Tapo TC70.
When I received the package, I tested the temporary setup of all this equipment at home, and all cameras were able to connect to the NVR. I managed to update all the firmware of the devices to the latest.
However, today when I brought all these devices and tried to do the same setup at my shop. I was unable to get Tapo TC70 detected from the VIGI NVR even though both are in the same network just like what I did at home.
To be noted, I don't have a problem viewing all VIGI and TAPO products from their respective apps on my phone.
