Firmware Version: 1.4.0

Hello everyone I recently bought the Tapo P100 device and when I bought it and installed and updated it, the timer and programming the time worked well, but after a power outage the timer did not work nor did the way to program the timer. time I think that after seeing the comments it is the update but I already tried restarting the factory by holding down the button and it fixed it, but I did the test and disconnected it again and the timer doesn't work unless I don't know what happens, I have to turn it back on to configure and delete the device so that it works, the truth is it is frustrating and it is not what I expected from this device

What router are you using? Is the tapo plug used on a local network or on a regular WiFi with internet access?

 

Try to change router DNS to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, see if that helps.

Same problem. Work around is to reset the plug. The on/off switch via app is still working that means its still connected but the schedule and timer does not work.

  @superbatman May I know what the exact problem with your P100 is? Schedule/Timer doesn't take effect? Unable to edit or create schedule/timer?
