Router Fibrehome Model SR120-A
I tried any possible way to connect to my network, restart, reset , changing router channel to 11, security to wpa2 you named it, i tried everything. The result still the same, unable to join network.

You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you fail to configure the camera.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
If the problem remains, please help confirm:
1. The test results of the above steps.
2. If your router has enabled settings such as MAC Filtering, Access Control, etc., please disable them for a try.
3. Enable a hotspot Wi-Fi on your phone, factory reset the camera, use a different phone to connect the camera to the hotspot Wi-Fi, and check if it can connect successfully.

@Solla-topee i've done that, nothing works with fibrehome router. My solution was replace with wifi 6 router, and it works perfectly fine.
