Good day, unable to view substream on invidtech nvr. Substream on tapo camera resolution is too high. Just wanted to confirm if there is any solution before I send the cameras back.

Please help confirm the following information for your case.
1. What's the model number and hardware version of your camera?
2. Do you mean the camera's substream resolution is suited for you, but you can't establish the substream RTSP/ONVIF connection successfully? How many devices are watching the camera via substream?
3. Can you watch the camera via mainstream on the NVR?
