Hello, does anyone know why is the tapo cant see someone unplug the device? 

In the playback, we cant see who unplug (not the adapter, but the one at the back of the tapo) 

The c210 has 128gb sd card, enabled the continous recording as well. And to note the router is just besides the tapo camera so there cant be any delays. 

It looks like the camera is not real time at all when someone unplugs it cant be seen exactly who did who.

Note: my tapo is updated so is my app and tested restart, reboot and even turned off the tapo for many times. 

Please help
