Philips Hue Bridge not connecting to internet with Deco X20

When connecting a Philips Hue Bridge v2 to the ethernet port of a X20, the bridge lights up the two first lights: power and lan. The bridge gets an ip address, as shown by `sudo nmap -sP 192.168.68.0/24` but isn't shown on the deco android app client list. The bridge responds to `ping 192.168.68.58`. The third light on the bridge, internet connectivity, just keeps on blinking, for hours.

As the bridge gets a local area network ip address, it is found by the Hue app, but I cannot complete the installation because of the missing internet connectivity.

I have IPTV/VLAN disabled, I've tried with UPNP both disabled and enabled, I've factory resetted the Hue bridge, I've tried disabling either 2,4GHz or 5Ghz network from Deco, I've tried the main Deco and the satellite Decos. I've tried all the network ports on the Decos(, and they work correctly when tried with a separate laptop), I've tried multiple ethernet cables, I've tried configuring a port forwarding rule for ports 1-65535 TCP & UDP for the bridge.
