Hi Team ,

I bought Tapo c200 in Amazon 2 years back and used for 1 year and kept switched off for 1 year

and now I have lost adapter

I bought adapter with specification 9v with 1A and connected no red light nor switching on and adapter smoke started coming ?

any suggestion how to check camera problem or adapter problem ?
where can I buy adapter ?

Hi,
As you can see on the Tapo C200 V1's specification page on the official website, the camera's input is 9.0V/0.6A, using a 9V/1A power adapter may break the camera.
We don't sell the power adapter separately, you can go to an online store such as Amazon to find a power adapter that output is 9V/0.6A to power the camera for a try.
