App not downloading

I got 2 cameras and trying to use them in Canada on my travel, but the app is not downloading on a new phone. It is workjng ont he phone where i had installed in India. Is there any location restriction for the app?

2. How do you find the Tapo app on your new phone? From the Google Play store or App Store?
3. What error message appears on your new phone if you fail to download the Tapo app?
