I can connect my outdoor camera to my WiFi but it says no data any help please

Hi,
1. What's the model number of your camera? You can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
2. Where did you see the "no data" notice? Can you share a picture with us?
3. Please help check the camera signal strength value on the Tapo app>camera's Device Settings>Device Info page, and you can tap the Wi-Fi icon to see the detailed RSSI value.
