Evening all.
We have a C200 camera set up indoors. The LED has recently started to flash white and a loud alarm is sounding.
Am unable to find any info on this.
Can anyone help please
Hi,
Usually, the Tapo C200 doesn't have a white light and won't loud alarm without detecting events. You can press the reset button for 10 seconds to factory reset the camera, and then check if the LED status will be normal and if it keeps alarm.
If the problem remains, can you share a video showing the problem with us for further analysis?
