C500 audio issue
Hi
I have this issue, after i upgraded the latest version of firmware, the camera mic is not that loud thats why i need to put in max volume, and sounds like static.

@tp-iver same here.. i notice that in the recording i dont hear the voices anymore and did before.. before it was clear and now only noices...

Hi,
Can you hear the sound on the camera's Live View page when someone is talking in front of the camera?
>> If not, please ensure the camera's microphone volume is set to the maximum value.
>> If you can hear the sound on the camera's Live View but no sound in the recordings, please go to the camera's Device Settings > Storage & Recording page to ensure the Record Sound option is enabled.
