Hope anyone could help me.

I have just installed the camera c200 but upon resetting it could not maintain a blinking green and red light. it is most of the time having a steady red light. i've done camera reset a lot of times but nothing happens. 

 

also, upon clicking the reset button 5 secs i don't hear any voice promt from the camera. when it gain a temporary green light i can hear clicking sound then the light goes back to red.

 

hoping for any advice. thank you

Hi,
You can try the following steps if your camera has a solid red light and does not respond to reset.
1. Ensure your router is working.
2. Power off your camera, and move it close to your router, power on it.
3. Wait for 5 minutes, and if the LED is still solid red, press the reset button for 10 seconds and check if you can reset the camera successfully.
If so, you can reconfigure the camera by following the instructions on the Tapo app.

 

If your camera is working, it would be appreciated if you could share your solution.
