Doorbell Camera not Recording on SD card
Doorbell D230S1 is not recording
Receiving notifications, but nothing is being recorded beyond current 24 hours.
I am receiving notifications and initially after installation I could access recordings on my sd card for 7 days then they disappeared. Now the recordings are only available for 1 day. I have only had the door bell for 4 weeks. My SD card says storage is good and it is virtually empty so why are recordings not being stored? I have not signed up for cloud as SD card should meet my requirements.

The problem may be related to your camera settings, please help confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Ensure your camera and the hub are up to date.
2. On the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording page, confirm the microSD Card Recording is enabled. On the Recording Schedule page, check if the schedules are all in orange color.
3. On the camera's Live View>Playback & Download>Playback>SD card page, please change the date and check if you can see the video clips on other dates.
