Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. On the camera's Device Settings>Storage & Recording>microSD card page, please double-check if the Loop Recording feature is enabled.
2. What's the model number and capacity of the microSD card inserted into your camera?
3. Please ensure the camera's firmware and the Tapo app are up to date.
4. How do you confirm the Loop Recording feature is not working? For example, no new recordings are stored after the SD card is full, some error messages appear when storing new video recordings to the SD card when it's full, etc.
Best Regards

@mannn I don't know if it's the same issue but in the last few weeks I have noticed that I am getting a message displayed for each camera on the Tapo app which states something along the lines of "The microSD card is full and can't store more recordings". When looking under "Local Storage" in the camera options the card is indeed full but as I have Loop Recording selected the recordings are being made OK to the microSD card, so the message is more of an annoyance rather than me having to actually format the card. It's as if the app logic is checking if the SD card is full and displaying the above message before checking if the "Loop Recording" option is selected, which therefore would make the displaying of the message irrelevant.
