Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.3.11 Build 231116

Hi,

I've just bought 2 Tapo C110 cameras and set them up. They seem to work fine when plugged into the charger but go offline when they are disconnected from the charging cable.

I have rebooted both cameras but the problem is persisting.

I wonder if you could help me to get them goig without having to be plugged in to the charging cable. Thanks.

The Tapo C110 is not a battery camera, and it needs to connect to the charging cable to be powered on.
If you need the battery camera, you can refer to the link to find one that is suited for you.
