Hi,
If your camera TC70 is not connected to a Wi-Fi network, it's unable to access and manage the camera directly on your phone. If the camera is connected to your router's Wi-Fi but has no internet connection, you can check:
  1. If your router's Wi-Fi network is working.
  2. If your router has special settings, such as MAC Filtering, ACL, firewall rules, etc., that may block the internet connection.
  3. Change the DNS server on your router for a try.
