Model: Tapo C402 KIT  
Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: ?

Sorry I do not have Hardware Version and Cannot get to Firmware Version. Tried to update the C402 Camera but power outage stop to the update. Phone ran out of battery. That was yesterday.This morning took the camera down. Not lights on. So I tried to Reset the camera. Waited 5 seconds. Then tried to power on and it will not power on.

 

On the Box - Tapo C402 Kit US  Ver/.1.6 And a bunch of other numbers likes serial number, that I will leave out.

 

Please can anyone help or show I return it to Amazon?

Hi,
If the camera Tapo C402 can't be powered on by the original power adapter, please try to plug the power adapter into a different power outlet and check if it helps.
If the problem remains, it's suggested to contact the tech team to get further help.

No power source will power it up. I decide to send it back to Amazon. May try a different brand. Just don't like buying something from a company that cannot make their products full proof. I have several products that have to have their firmware updated. And if something happens, they don't brick the item.
