Hardware Version:
Firmware Version: current

Have 3 Cameras, installed a 4th but it does not turn on in the Leave shortcut?

I can manually turn it on and off via the app but it will not turn on or off using the leave / arrive short cuts along with the other 3 cameras.  

Any ideas why this is happening. it is a new C210. I already have a C210 working okay.

Help would bre appreciated.

I am using the free Care if that makes any limits on the number of cameras you can have.

Hi,
It may be the new Tapo C210 does not join the Leave/Arrive Shortcuts. On the Tapo app>Smart tab>Shortcuts page, please tap the three dots icon on the Arrive/Leave Home shortcuts, and then check if the new Tapo C210 is listed under Actions.
If not, you can tap Add Action to add an action to turn on/off the Tapo C210.

Thank you for the reply this did help by adding disable Privacy on the new camera adding it to  Leave shortcut and also adding turn enable privacy to arrive short cut. 

I did not have to do this when I installed the other 3 cameras in the past.

Hi,
Generally, the camera won't join the Shortcut entry automatically. If you have new devices and want to control them via Shortcuts, please ensure they have been added to the Shortcuts with the correct settings.
