Unstable network
Tapo C320WS camera installed. When trying to access these cameras via the TAPO app I frequently get "the network is unstable", and often a failure to connect. This happens both when I am using the app from my local network and when I access the app while not on my local network. I can live view. I see the previous recordings and when I try viewing get network not stable.
I have rebooted router.
I have shut power off to the camera.
neither corrected the situation.
firm ware is up to date.
The "network is unstable" messages occur when viewing videos stored on the SD cards.
camera has worked previously
error started after 7/11. I can view fine prior to that.
I can view other shared cameras at another residence. Including the recordings.
I would appreciate any ideas you have for additional troubleshooting steps you would like me to take
