Tapo Care Camera plan is showing Subscription Renewal Failed but amount deducted on my credit card
Subject:- Tapo Care Camera plan is showing Subscription Renewal Failed but amount deducted on my credit card
My Tapo Care Camera Plan renew on 17 Jul 2024. My bank credit card is deducted the plan amount and this transaction is showing successful in my bank credit card transaction history.
But my Tapo care panel is still showing Subscription Renewal Failed message.
I already sent email at support.in@tp-link.com 4 day ago and my ticket is [TP-Link Support]-[TKID240742626]. but i did not receive any reply from TP link support team
I also tried to get follow up on this ticket on email. but i did not received any update from TP link support team
Let me know, How can i verified my credit card transaction with TP Link and activate my Tapo Care Camera plan?
