Hi, 
Do you mean the camera won't go into the night mode when no lights in the environment? If so, what video mode have you selected on the Live View page, Auto/Day/Night mode? Can you send me a picture of the camera's Live View page when it's not switched to Night mode?

 

If you have selected the night mode on the Live View page but the camera does not switch the mode, you can reboot the camera for a try.

 

If you have other problems, please describe the problem phenomenon and your usage scenario in detail for further assistance.

  @Solla-topee im sorry, what i mean is when the night come there is no vision. But when  we use light it there is. By the way its an auto mode.

Hi,

Try to switch the Video Mode to Night mode when the night comes, and check if the live view page displays a white and black image.

Hi,
If the camera displays the same live view page as Auto mode when you select Night mode, it may be the camera's IR LED does not work.  In this case, you can contact your retailer or local support to check if the camera is under warranty.
