If your microSD card can't be recognized or formatted by the Tapo camera, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if the SD card cannot be formatted/recognized?
If the problem remains, please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. What's the model number and MAC address of your camera? You can send me(@Solla-topee) the MAC address via a private message.
2. What's the model number, format, and capacity of your microSD card?
3. Please refer to the instructions below to verify if your SD card is fake, and send me a screenshot of the test result.

4. What error message appears on the Tapo app when you check the SD card status or format it?

@SiddiqMuneer I have 3 cameras and had lots communication with TP LINK with no success absolutely clueless
