Forgotten Wi-Fi details C200
I have forgotten the Tapo username and Wi-Fi password for my C200 which means I can't download any Tapo videos.
I was wondering how I go about obtaining these Wi-Fi details?

Please confirm if you forgot the wireless name and password of your router so that you can't configure the camera successfully or if you forgot your TP-Link account and password so you can't log in to the Tapo app.
1) If you need the wireless name and password, it's recommended to contact your router support.
2) The TP-Link account is usually your email address, and you can refer to the instructions below to reset the password of the TP-Link account.
