Firmware Version: 1.3.11

I just purchased this camera for home monitoring. It works very well but seems to reset itself randomly. Sometimes multiple times in an hour, sometimes only once every few hours. 

 

I tried all of the solutions here to no avail:

The motion detection is off, I am using the cloud not an SD card. 

 

Please help!

Hi,
Please help confirm the following information for the reported issue.
1. How about the LED status on the camera when it reboots automatically?

 

2. If you have tried the tips on the thread(https://community.tp-link.com/en/smart-home/forum/topic/664194), please let me know the results of the other tips.
1) Is the camera connected to third-party software or apps via RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
2) Have you used the original power adapter that comes in the box with the camera to power the camera?
3) Is the camera placed in a well-ventilated area and not in an enclosed space?

1. The LED light turns red for a few seconds, then blinks off, turns red/orange, then turns green again, then the camera rotates fully and tilts fully before returning to its home position with a green LED. 

 

2. I have tried all of the fixes in that thread.

  1) the camera and app are not connected to any third party apps,

  2) I am using the original power cord and adapter, plugged directly into a wall outlet. 

  3) Yes, the camera is on a shelf with no heat sources nearby, and plenty of ventilation/space around the device.

2. What area does the camera monitor? Does the camera frequently detect events when the problem occurs?
