My camera doesn't work. It hasnt caught my neighbours snooping around. Please help.

Hi,
Do you mean the camera can't detect events? If so, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What to do if the Detection feature is not working on the TP-Link Camera?
 

If not, please describe the problem phenomenon in detail so I can better help you.
