Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: i dont know

so one day i checked my tapo app to see my camera but there was nothing on the recording so i rebooted the camera then the thing went offline and didnt restart so i removed it because i was following the the faq then i holded the reset button for like 10 seconds but still no LED lights

Hi,
If you can't power on the camera, you can try the following steps.
    1) Check the tight connection between the camera and the power adapter, ensure you are using the original power adapter that comes with the camera.
    2) Factory reset the camera.
    3) Plug the power adapter into another wall socket.
    4) Use an alternate power adapter if available.
    5) Remove the SD card from the camera if there is one.

 

If the problem remains, you can contact the retailer or local support to see if your camera is under warranty.
