Hello, i have over 60 cameras, all the tapo c125, in about 30 different locations, ( some have different isp's, different routers, and so on ), but all cameras produce a rtsp stream which i connect by enabling port fowarding on each location on each camera, but when i go and access the rtsp stream, on all 60 cameras, they are stuttering a bit and ffmpeg gives a lot of errors every frame

now i actually convert these rtsp streams into hls ( m3h8 ) and then the issue is becoming 10x more visible, where the lives stutter at about every 15 frames, i used different servers, different countries and all have the same issue, the faulty rtsp from the tapo cameras were not existing maybe like in april, this is a urgent matter and have over 30 non happy clients who want a solution fast, i  was goanna acuire about 150 new cameras using a local vendor but now i canceled the order.

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot if you can't establish the RTSP/ONVIF connection successfully.
What can I do if fail to stream the Tapo camera via the RTSP/ONVIF protocol?
 

Please confirm the following information for further analysis.
1. Take a camera as an example, please let me know what app you used to stream the camera via RTSP, what error message appeared, the troubleshooting you did, and the results.
2. Can you share a video showing the reported issue?

3. If the camera has an SD card inserted, please collect the camera log.
How to get the log of Tapo Camera?
4. Send me the MAC address of the camera via a private message.
