The SD Card is installed normally, on the day it is working well, but the next day when consulting what was recorded, a message appears saying that the SD Card is Read-only and does not show any content, then it asks to CANCEL or FORMAT THE CARD. The SD has already been formatted and gives the same error again, the SD was replaced with another one with a higher speed and manufacturer and gave the same error, the camera has been changed and the same is happening, the firmware has been updated and the same error still persists Could anyone tell me what can be done beyond that or what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,
Please confirm the following information for the reported issue.

1. What's the model number, capacity, and format of your SD card? Can you share the purchase link to your SD card?

2. Did the microSD card work fine before?

3. Do you manage the Kasa camera KC400 on the Tapo app?

4. Please connect your SD card to your PC via an SD card adapter, test the SD card with the H2testw tool, and send me a picture of the test result.

5. Can you back up the important video clips from the SD card to your PC, then format the SD card on the PC?
