Would really like to turn off the ir illuminator, at the moment I'm resorting to some black electricians tape over the illuminator.

Hi,
If you want to turn off the IR LED on the Tapo C310, you can go to the Tapo app>camera's Live View page>switch the Video mode to Day mode.

Hi,
If you want to turn off the IR LED on the Tapo C310, you can go to the Tapo app>camera's Live View page>switch the Video mode to Day mode.
