Model: Tapo C320WS
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: Eu 2.20

Good afternoon,

Just bought a C320 camera, but have some questions,

This cam has a IP address, but you cant acces it over the wired or wireless network.. everything work with the app..not so handy, the older cameras that i have, i put ip address in the browser, and can do and see everything.

How can i acces the sd card over the network, to see the events / snapshots.. or videos recorded.?

All by all, a lot of unwanted things to do, before the system works.. also don,t like to use apps for this, only windows computer, is this possible?

Maybe someone has a idea how to do.

Thanks in advance

Hi,
You can refer to the instructions below to watch the camera's live feed on a Windows PC, however, it's only allowed to view the video recordings stored on the SD card via the Tapo app on your phone.
How to view Tapo camera on PC/NAS/NVR through RTSP/Onvif Protocol?
Best Regards

You can use cctv video manager to view/monitor video stream over the network. I use zoneminder to monitor my c320ws stream. It works perfectly.

@nvanders Yes, zoneminder is not windows app. You need to use Linux (ref: https://ipv6.rs/tutorial/Windows_11/Zoneminder/) or use Docker to run in under windows.

Alternatively you can use similar software like ispy (https://www.ispyconnect.com/) that has Windows installer.
