Hi,

 

I recently bought some tapo c500 camera's. 

 

Both me and my partner would like to have full control over the devices. the "share" option does not cover that. 

 

Is it possible to add the devices on 2 seperate tp-link accounts? 

is it possible to login on 2 smartphones with the same tp-link account?

One Tapo device can only be configured under one TP-Link account.

 

Simultaneous login to multiple mobile devices with the same TP-Link account is supported.

For account safety:

1. Share the account credentials with trusted people only.

2. Enable the Tapo app two-step verification to increase account security. Making Your Account More Secure: Introducing Two-Step Verification (2FA) for the Tapo App
