Hi,
What do you mean "unable to start camera"? Can't you power on the camera? If so, have you tried a different power socket? Have you connected the camera to the original power adapter that comes with the camera?
If you want to configure the camera but fail, please refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if I fail to configure Tapo Camera?
