Hi. The video image shown by the C220 is not as bright as those of C210 and C325WB in Day Mode, both of which I have had for several months now. As a result, the image colors are dull and some details in the dark areas are lost. The images above are screenshots of live videos taken simultaneously with the C210 and C220 beside each other. I hope this issue can be addressed in a future firmware update.

Hi,
The two cameras are not placed in exactly the same position, and the objects and environment monitored by the cameras may cause a little difference in the picture. From the image provided, the floor taken by Tapo C220 is clearer, and it seems the two cameras are working normally.

Hi. Naturally, the two cameras cannot occupy the same space but they were right beside each other and the videos from which the screenshot was obtained were simultaneous. It's only one screenshot, not two; I used the Tapo app's Camera Multi View. The floor taken by Tapo C220 is clearer because its resolution is 2560 x 1440 pixels while the resolution of Tapo C210 is only 2304 x 1296.
 

My post was about the overall darkness of the C220's image and the resulting duller color balance and loss of detail in the dark areas. Maybe the screenshots didn't quite capture the difference between the two videos but maybe TP-Link could look into my observation and make some adjustments through a firmware update if they are able to reproduce my observation. I read in another review that the video images produced by the C220 are a little darker than those of other models.
