Model: Tapo C310
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.3.11

Hi all,

I have 2 c310 cameras and unfortunately 1 is being problematic.

The one at the front of the house is fine but the one at the back every morning I wake up the camera is constantly flashing red and I can't connect to it.

A reboot fixes this sometimes but why is it doing this.

It's got the latest firmware update etc. and only 1 month old.

I have set a time to auto reboot as well at 5am every day so stuck

Thank you all

Hi,
The blinking red slowly LED status on the Tapo C310 means the camera is connecting to Wi-Fi. In this case, you can refer to the instructions below to troubleshoot.
What should I do if my Tapo smart device keeps losing connection or going offline?

Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. When the camera is working, refer to the instructions below to check the RSSI value on the camera.
How to check and improve the network connection stability of Tapo&Kasa smart devices

2. Send me(@Solla-topee) the camera's MAC address via a private message

3. You can try to factory reset and reconfigure it, then check if it helps.

4. Try to swap the two cameras' locations if it's possible, and then check if the problem follows the same camera or location.

Best Regards
