Nc 450 doesn’t reset,I TRIED TO RESET THE NC450 BY RESET BUTTON BUT IT DOESNT WORK FOR ME ,PLS HELP

Hi,
Have you pressed the reset button on the NC450 for 10 seconds to factory reset it? How about the LED changes on the camera when you reset it?

How do you test if the reset action does not work?
