510w camera share greyed out
I have two of these at home but for some reason the share function is greyed out.
I was sure I could share these.
Any ideas.

Hi,
If you fail to share your smart device, kindly refer to the following steps:
1. Ensure your Tapo app is up-to-date. If it isn't, try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it to see if that helps.
2. Check that both your phone and the smart device you want to share have an active internet connection. If not, restart your router and the smart device for a try.
3. The email account you share the smart device with should be a TP-Link account. If not, refer to the instructions to register a TP-Link account.
If the problem remains:
1. Send me the camera's MAC address via a private message.
2. Send me a video showing the reported issue.
Best Regards

Hi
The Share issue relates to another user.
I have re installed and updated the app and I have been able to share a camera with someone but other people can not share a camera with me. We have about 8 or 9 cameras spread around.
When they put in my email address to share it shows email sent but I dont get the notification of share option.

Hi,
1. On the Tapo app > Me > Device Sharing > Person icon at the top right corner, if you have added the inviter to the Deny List, remove the TP-Link account for a try.
2. Can the person share his camera with other TP-Link accounts successfully?
Best Regards
