Hi,
You can try to uninstall the Tapo app, clean caches on your phone, reinstall the Tapo app, and check if it helps.
Please confirm the following information if the problem remains.
1. The LED status on the camera.
2. The Tapo app version is installed on your phone.
3. The model number and OS version of your phone.
4. Do you have a problem when watching the camera locally or remotely?
5. Can you share a video showing the reported issue with us?
Best Regards

@RufusMcDufus It did stop working again shortly after I posted my comment. I reinstalled the app and it's been working since.

@Scotchbloke Same thing has been happening for me for a month or so with a C220, firmware 1.2.1, hardware 1.0.
I'm using the app on an iPad. It *might* have coincided with upgrading to iPadOS 18 but that's just a guess.
Sometimes it works but most of the time it just shows the first frame when I access the realtime view. Wi-fi signal is fine. I've tried a few things including dropping the resolution but nothing seems to fix it.

@Solla-topee Thanks. Mine is working fine today without me having done anything. I'll try an uninstall/reinstall of the app first if it stops working again.
