Hi,

It is very difficult to find/buy TP-Link Tapo C225 V2 in my country (Denmark) - Why is that?

Every store has the V1 version with only 15fps but they dont have the V2 version with 30fps. Or mayby they dont know if it is the V1 or the V2 they have when I ask them.

I would really like to buy the TP-Link Tapo C225 V2 but I cant find it in any stores for some reason.

Hi,
We do not have the sales info, and it's recommended to go to "Where to Buy" on our official website and contact the retailer to see if the Tapo C225 V2 is available.
Usually, there is a label on the camera box, and it's able to find the hardware version on the label.
